Through somatic and spatial modes and methods, we will explore the ways in which we shape and are shaped by other human bodies and non-human matter. The workshops will search for embodied and sensorial ways of negotiating autonomy and collectivity, dissensus and consensus, fluidity and friction. By resituating our relationship to ourselves and each other, we will explore how we resituate our relationship to space, moving from the “city as screen to the city as stage”.
XENODAZE No.2 on April 20th! X E N O D A Z E contains conversations about genre-, discipline-, gender-, and nature-bending theory alongside collaborative activities which demonstrate the irascibility of the real in the face of cultural assimilation and social construction.
TOP Members introduce themselves in this event series, and provide a look into their background, interests and previous work. We get to know more about each other better, the specifics over the general, and learn about the minutia we share in common (or don’t). In the second installment, presentations will be given by Alessandro Volpato and Mindaugas Gapševičius.
