>Commons Lesegruppe #2 | Friederike Habermanns ‘Ecommony’

Our second reading group will explore the relationship between commons and the economy.

Wednesday, January 24 at 7 PM – 9 PM

We’ll read excerpts from the first chapter of Friederike Habermann’s book ‘Ecommony – Turn to Togetherness’. Ecommony brings together the philosophy of the commons with a new economic paradigm that has the potential to transform our social relations, reproduction and ‘oikonomia’. The author will be present to answer questions and discuss together with us.

The book has a cc license so we can provide you with the digital copy which we are happy to share via email – get in touch via info [at] commonslab [dot] de. Friederike has also kindly provided us with an English translation (work in progress) to accompany the reading which will take place in German.

We look forward to it!

Hosted by PhD researchers Melissa Harrison (NTUA Athens) and Katharina Moebus (Sheffield School of Architecture).
